Talking about George Benson is not enough a few lines but you should write a book and … maybe I will.
George Benson has accompanied me for all my life I also had the pleasure of shaking his hand in 1985 at the San Siro stadium in Milan City in one of his crazy concerts.
60 years of career started as a guitarist in prestigious jazz bands then became a soloist and singer, his soft and warm vocal voice led him to produce together with his friend Quincy Jones crazy albums that range from funk disco to R&B and ballad unforgettable.
At 86 years old in September 2019 he released a new instrumental jazz work as if he wanted to close the circle of his career where he started … hopefully NO.
For me George Benson is the best artist of all time.
